Andrew Parks is a 3L at the University of Michigan Law School. He is an Associate Editor on Michigan Law Review and serves as the Managing Digital Editor for the Michigan Journal of Law Reform. He also is a student attorney with the University of Michigan Law School’s Federal Appellate Litigation Clinic.
Growing up in Metro-Detroit, he attended Avondale High School in Auburn Hills, Michigan. He graduated from Oakland University, receiving a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
Prior to law school, Andrew was active in the music industry, his songs being featured on networks including ESPN, Freeform, MTV, BBC 1Xtra, and SiriusXM.
Andrew most recently worked as a summer associate at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York City. He previously worked as a legal intern for TikTok, the short-form mobile video app.
His family is of Greek descent, and his interests include music (particularly hip-hop and Brazilian bossanova), chess, basketball, web design, and politics.
